How SuperSandwich.com Works!

At SuperSandwich, you can order an individual lunch- a sandwich platter- or even buy individual lunches for a group of people . . . and you can pick-up your order at our location . . . or in many cases, we can deliver it!

1) Individual lunches can be ordered from our Custom Sandwich or Classic Sandwich Menu sections. Take a look at both of these Sandwich Menus – They're easy to order really quickly – and they're really good!

Pick-up: You can pick up your order at our store - where there is NO WAITING IN LINE. Just place your order online. We'll make your order fresh and have it waiting at our pick-up window about 20 to 30 minutes later. Monday - Friday: 10:30am to 7pm (EST) and Saturday: 10:30am to 4pm (EST). Pretty good, right?!

Delivery: We have set delivery routes with assigned time slots. If you'd like your location to be included in one of our delivery routes, simply make a request. We'll assign your location an exclusive delivery time slot (or slots), guaranteeing that your lunch is delivered on time, every time! And as your lunch is delivered, we'll send you a text or email letting you know that it's at the front desk! We're definitely using the technology! (FedEx called us last week and wants to know how we at SuperSandwich do that!)

2) Platters All bread for our sandwiches and platters is fresh-baked and delivered to us every morning at 8am. Place your order at the Sandwich Platters section of our website by 6pm the day before, and we'll have your platter ready anytime between 10:30am and 7pm (Monday through Friday), and 10:30am and 4pm (Saturday). You can pick it up at our store or we can delivere your platter to any location within approximately 3 to 4 miles from our Shelton location.

3) Group Orders Now we've made ordering lunches for a group really easy! NO more walking a menu around the office, NO taking orders, and certainly NO sorting lunches out when they arrive, (C'mon – you know you just hate it when someone else opens your lunch before you do!)
The person organizing the group goes to the Lunch Invitations section of our website – and sends our email invitation to each of the group's guests eMail address. Each guest orders their sandwich online, then. . . – we'll make it, – we'll bag it, and we'll put their name on it– so that each guest's lunch gets to them and them only! (The person organizing the group– sets the budget for each guest, and is responsible for paying the check!)
Orders for groups of less than 25 people will be available for pick–up later that same day. . . or can be delivered most times you wish, depending on your location.
For groups of 25 people or more – you'll have to place your order by 6pm the day before, so we can deliver your group's sandwich made with bread baked fresh that very morning! (Hey, to deliver good food. . . we're Cuisiniers – not Magicians!)
Either way, we'll have your group's lunches individually marked, packed and ready anytime between 10:30am and 7pm (Monday through Friday) and 10:30am and 4pm (Saturday) . You can pick it up at our store...
Oh, and BTW. . . we'll also send delivery texts or emails for all Group Orders too!
